The University of Bolton, Academic Centre in RAK was set up in 2008 and is licensed by the RAKEZ, Government of Ras Al Khaimah. In addition to the Bachelor degrees, we offer Post Graduate programmes such as the MBA, MBA Top Up, MSc in Information Technology & Construction Project Management. Our Mechanical, Civil, Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Computing, courses are recognised for their depth, detail and quality and are accredited by key professional institutions like IMechE, IET, IEEE etc. You’ll be learning from experts; as well as being active in research, our academic staff provide consultancy and product development for national and international organisations. The course uses UK-SPEC learning outcomes and has been designed to align with the academic requirements leading to Chartered Engineer (CEng) status.

Our BSc (Hons) Psychology programme aims to introduce students to a wide range of perspectives in modern psychology, key conceptual issues and controversies in psychology.

University of Bolton, Academic Centre offers BA (Hons) in Accountancy, and is the only university in the region to offer essential training for Accountancy degree along with the maximum 9 papers exemption into ACCA. This happens simultaneously at the campus in RAK, thus students save time and money for entry into the prestigious global profession. Our course is designed to give you the strong academic and vocational background for a professional career in Accountancy.

For wrap around care, our feeder programmes can offer Foundation level access for students who may not achieve as hoped at their high school exams, or do not wish to stay on at school post 16.
