കടലില്‍ കളിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുകയായിരുന്ന 10 വയസുകാരന്‍ മകന്‍ കനത്ത തിരയില്‍പ്പെട്ടപ്പോള്‍ രക്ഷിക്കാന്‍ ശ്രമിക്കുന്നിതിനിടെ ഗാസ്പാര്‍ഡിനെ മറ്റൊരു വന്‍ തിരയില്‍ കാണാതാവുകയായിരുന്നു.
ലോസാഞ്ചല്‍സ്: തിരയില്‍പ്പെട്ട മകനെ രക്ഷിക്കാനുള്ള ശ്രമത്തിനിടെ കടലില്‍ കാണാതായ ഡബ്ല്യുഡബ്ല്യുഇ മുന്‍ സൂപ്പര്‍ താരം ഷാദ് ഗാസ്പാര്‍ഡിന്റെ മൃതദേഹം കണ്ടെത്തി. ഞായറാഴ്ച വൈകിട്ടാണ് വെനീസ് ബീച്ചില്‍ മകനുമായി കളിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കെയാണ് ഗാസ്പാര്‍ഡിനെ കാണാതായത്.
കടലില്‍ കളിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുകയായിരുന്ന 10 വയസുകാരന്‍ മകന്‍ കനത്ത തിരയില്‍പ്പെട്ടപ്പോള്‍ രക്ഷിക്കാന്‍ ശ്രമിക്കുന്നിതിനിടെ ഗാസ്പാര്‍ഡിനെ മറ്റൊരു വന്‍ തിരയില്‍ കാണാതാവുകയായിരുന്നു. ഗാസ്പാര്‍ഡിന്റെ മകനെ ലൈഫ് ഗാര്‍ഡുകള്‍ രക്ഷിച്ചിരുന്നു. എന്നാല്‍ ഗാസ്പാര്‍ഡിനെ കണ്ടെത്താനായിരുന്നില്ല. ഇന്നാണ് ഗാസ്പാര്‍ഡിന്റെ മൃതദേഹം കരക്കടിഞ്ഞതെന്ന് ലോസാഞ്ചല്‍സ് പോലീസ് അറിയിച്ചു.
39കാരനായ ഗാസ്പാര്‍ഡിനെ കടലില്‍ കാണാതായ സംഭവത്തില്‍ ഞെട്ടല്‍ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി ഡബ്ല്യു ഡബ്ല്യു ഇ താരങ്ങള്‍ രംഗത്തെത്തി. ഡബ്ല്യു ഡബ്ല്യു ഇയിലെ ക്രൈം ടൈം എന്ന് പേരുള്ള ടീമില്‍ ജെടിജിക്കൊപ്പമുളള പ്രകടനങ്ങളിലൂടെയാണ് ഗാസ്പാര്‍ഡ് ആരാധകമനസില്‍ ഇടം നേടിയത്.
