ഭീകരാക്രമണത്തിൽ നിന്ന് ബംഗ്ലാദേശ് ക്രിക്കറ്റ് ടീം തലനാരിഴയ്ക്കാണ് രക്ഷപ്പെട്ടത്. ബംഗ്ലാദേശ് താരങ്ങൾ പള്ളിയിലേക്ക് കടക്കുന്നതിന് തൊട്ടുമുൻപായിരുന്നു സ്ഫോടനം.
ക്രൈസ്റ്റ് ചർച്ച്: ന്യൂസിലന്‍ഡിലെ ക്രൈസ്റ്റ് ചർച്ചിലിലുണ്ടായ ഭീകരാക്രമണത്തിൽ നിന്ന് ബംഗ്ലാദേശ് ക്രിക്കറ്റ് ടീം തലനാരിഴയ്ക്കാണ് രക്ഷപ്പെട്ടത്. ബംഗ്ലാദേശ് താരങ്ങൾ പള്ളിയിലേക്ക് കടക്കുന്നതിന് തൊട്ടുമുൻപായിരുന്നു സ്ഫോടനം. രണ്ട് പള്ളികളിലായുണ്ടായ ഭീകരാക്രമണത്തിൽ 49പേർ കൊല്ലപ്പെട്ടു. നിരവധി പേര്‍ക്ക് പരിക്കേറ്റു.
ആർക്കും പരുക്കില്ലെന്നും എല്ലാവരും രക്ഷപ്പെട്ടെന്നും ബംഗ്ലദേശ് ക്രിക്കറ്റ് ബോർഡ് വക്താവ് ജലാൽ യൂനുസ് പറഞ്ഞു. ഭീകരാക്രമണത്തിന്‍റെ നടുക്കം സമൂഹമാധ്യമങ്ങളിലൂടെ ബംഗ്ലാ താരങ്ങള്‍ പങ്കുവെച്ചു. ഭീകരാക്രമണത്തില്‍ കൊല്ലപ്പെട്ടവര്‍ക്ക് ന്യൂസിലന്‍ഡ് ക്രിക്കറ്റ് ബോര്‍ഡ് ആദരമര്‍പ്പിച്ചു. ക്രിക്കറ്റ് ലോകത്തുനിന്ന് നിരവധി പ്രമുഖര്‍ ഭീകരാക്രമണത്തില്‍ ദുംഖം രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി.
