മലയാളികള്‍ക്ക് ഓണാശംസകളുമായി മുന്‍ താരങ്ങള്‍ ഉള്‍പ്പെടെ നിരവധി ക്രിക്കറ്റര്‍മാരെത്തിയിരുന്നു. ശിഖര്‍ ധവാന്‍, കരുണ്‍ നായര്‍, സഞ്ജു സംസണ്‍, അനില്‍ കുംബ്ലെ, അജിന്‍ക്യ രഹാനെ എന്നിവരെല്ലാം ഇക്കൂട്ടത്തിലുണ്ടായിരുന്നു.

ചെന്നൈ സൂപ്പര്‍ കിങ്‌സിന്റെ താരമായ ഹര്‍ഭജന്റെ ട്വീറ്റ് ഇങ്ങനെയായിരുന്നു.
