The Indus Waters Treaty (സിന്ധു നദീജല ഉടമ്പടി) is a water-distribution treaty between India and Pakistan, brokered by the World Bank, to manage the waters of six rivers of the Indus system. ഇത് ഇന്ത്യയും പാകിസ്ഥാനും തമ്മിലുള്ള ഒരു ജലവിഭജന ഉടമ്പടിയാണ്, ലോകബാങ്കിന്റെ മധ്യസ്ഥതയിൽ.
