ലോകത്തിലെ ഏത് നഗരത്തിലായാലും തലയുയര്‍ത്തി നില്‍ക്കുന്നൊരു മനുഷ്യനുണ്ട്, അതാണ് സീസര്‍ പെല്ലി. കൊലാംലപൂരില്‍, ന്യൂയോര്‍ക്കില്‍, കാലിഫോര്‍ണിയയില്‍, ലണ്ടനില്‍, ടോക്കിയോയില്‍ അങ്ങനെ ലോകത്തിലെ പ്രധാനപ്പെട്ട നഗരങ്ങളിലെല്ലാം സീലര്‍ പെല്ലിയുടെ സാന്നിധ്യമുണ്ട്. ആ സാന്നിധ്യമാണ് സീസര്‍ പെല്ലിയെ വിശ്വപൗരനാക്കുന്നതും.
ലോകാത്ഭുതങ്ങള്‍ സൃഷ്ടിച്ച മനുഷ്യന്‍, ഓരോ നിര്‍മ്മാണവും ഒന്നിനൊന്ന് മികച്ചത്. അതെ 1926 ല്‍ അര്‍ജന്‍റീനയില്‍ ജനിച്ച് അമേരിക്കന്‍ പൗരത്വം സ്വീകരിച്ച സീസര്‍ പെല്ലി ഒരു വാസ്തുശില്പിയായിരുന്നു. അര്‍ജന്‍റീനയിലെ ടുകുമാന്‍ യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റിയില്‍ നിന്ന് പഠനം കഴിഞ്ഞിറങ്ങിയ സീസര്‍ പിന്നീട് സീസര്‍ പെല്ലി ആന്‍റ് അസോസിയേറ്റ്സ് (പിന്നീടിത് പില്ലി ക്ലാര്‍ക്ക് പില്ലി എന്ന് പേര് മാറ്റി) സ്ഥാപിച്ചു.
