ആദ്യമായി ഒരു ലക്ഷം കടന്ന് പ്രതിദിന കൊവിഡ് കണക്ക്; രാജ്യത്ത് രോഗവ്യാപനം അതിതീവ്രം

കോവിഡ് രൂക്ഷമായ കഴിഞ്ഞ സെപ്റ്റംബറിൽപ്പോലും പ്രതിദിന വർദ്ധന ഒരു ലക്ഷം കടന്നിരുന്നില്ല. വിവിധ സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിൽ തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് പ്രചാരണം സജീവമായ സാഹചര്യത്തിൽ വരും ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ കണക്ക് ഇനിയും കൂടാനുള്ള സാധ്യതയാണ് കാണുന്നത്.

ദില്ലി: രാജ്യത്ത് ഇതാദ്യമായി പ്രതിദിന കൊവിഡ് കണക്ക് ഒരു ലക്ഷം കടന്നു. 24 മണിക്കൂറിനിടെ 103558 പേർക്കാണ് പുതുതായി രോഗം സ്ഥിരീകരിച്ചു. രാജ്യത്ത് കൊവിഡ് കേസുകൾ റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്ത് തുടങ്ങിയതിന് ശേഷമുള്ള എറ്റവും ഉയർന്ന കണക്കാണിത്. 478 മരണം കൂടി സർക്കാർ സ്ഥിരീകരിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. കേന്ദ്രത്തിന്റെ കണക്കനുസരിച്ച് 165101 പേരാണ് ഇത് വരെ രാജ്യത്ത് കൊവിഡ് ബാധിച്ച് മരിച്ചത്. നിലവിൽ 7,41,830 പേർ രോഗം സ്ഥിരീകരിച്ച് ചികിത്സയിലുണ്ടെന്നും ആരോഗ്യമന്ത്രാലയത്തിന്റെ വെബ്സൈറ്റ് പറയുന്നു.
